About Us

The principals of Integrated Resources Unlimited have a combined experience of more than 60 years in the fields of private finance, public finance, project management, design, construction, sustainability, waste management, waste to energy, water and waste water, energy efficiency, renewable energy, technology transfer, stakeholder outreach and advocacy, public education and training. . As a result, we have extensive contacts with individuals in all of these fields, as well as contacts with legislators, regulators, state and local agencies, national and local labor unions, and a broad range of firms and individuals in the design and construction community.

We work actively with various partners including:

Beezley Energy Advisors, who provides neutral advice on all forms of energy efficiency and renewable energy to the public and private sectors

Ovus Partners 360, who designs and implements their innovative Net Zero Energy platform for buildings, campuses and communities

Tribal Project Advisors, who helps tribes across Indian Country determine the most fruitful approach to energy efficiency and renewable energy in their communities.

We work to fund projects developed by these three entities as well as projects brought forward by developers, technology innovators, and interested individuals and businesses looking for that union between projects in need of funding and the very broad funding community. We welcome inquiries from projects in search of funding and from funders in search of high quality proven projects with above average financial potential. IRU is innovative in its approach to opportunity and funding potential.

Although IRU is based in California, we work to bring funding to projects wherever they may exist in the United States and around the world. We have worked on projects in the United States, Japan, India, and elsewhere. Our methodology is to carefully analyze projects in need of funding, accumulate the necessary information that will be required by the funding community for those projects where we think there is a potential for success, and link them with funders that have shared their specific funding criteria and focus.
